Our vision is of a society of sustainable communities which are vibrant, healthy and safe, which respect the local and global environment and where individuals and enterprise prosper. Although unfortunately, we know that this isn’t the reality for many living in London in 2023.

The Covid-19 pandemic has amplified inequalities and challenges facing individuals and communities across London, including poverty, health inequalities, access to decent work and housing. We are also facing the ever-present global threat of environmental damage and climate change. At Groundwork we believe that real, lasting change requires a holistic approach that benefits people, places and planet.
